Péssimo serviço. Comida horrível. Pior férias que já tive.
A praia é bonita.
Comida horrível, de baixa qualidade. Fomos em 9 pessoas e 7 tiveram diarreia. Ninguém comeu fora do hotel. Funcionários mal humorados. Passamos raiva. "All inclusive" mas você paga até pelo cofre do quarto (2 dólares por dia). Chopp quente. Tinha opção de cerveja Corona long neck, mas era cara e não estava no "All inclusive". Depois de várias horas de viagem, todos cansados, tivemos que esperar cerca de uma hora no lobby para os funcionários concluírem o check-in (não chegamos antes do horário de check-in). Um dos quartos ficou todo molhado, por dois dias, com água do ar condicionado.

Resort "tudo incluído" mas na realidade não tem NADA incluído
Das atividades, muitas atividades e realmente divertidas, e o acesso à praia era realmente bonito
De literalmente tudo, o pior hotel/resort que ja fui até hoje. Aluguei um bungalow com vista jardim super lindo e comudo, no entanto queriam alojar-nos num bungalow completamente velho, mobilia toda estragada, casa de banho muito antiquada e com cortinado de plastico ao invés de vidro. Pedimos para nos trocarem, no entanto disseram que nos atribuiram o correto, mostrei imagens, mas foram super impacientes e não demonstram interesse algum em ajudar. Comecei a ficar irritada com a falta de respeito, sempre a mandar-nos falar com outros e outros departamentos, após de pedir encarecidamente para nos trocarem, ninguém quis saber e mandaram me voltar noutro dia, ou ir para uma parte inferior pois de momento não tinham disponibilidade. Aí perdi a paciência e pedi a devolução do valor e disse que ia para outro hotel. Na mesma hora atribuiram nos um quarto novo e como nas imagens do booking, mas no prédio, 3° andar sem elevador. Cansei da história toda e acabei por aceitar. Os restaurantes, literalmente so da para ir para o buffet pois a reserva é impossível de fazer a não ser que pagues. Durante a pequena estadia de 3 noites houve infinitos inconvenientes, pagamos para jogar bilhar e não tinha bola branca e ninguém queria devolver o dinheiro. Na lavandaria garantiram um peço na recepção cobraram outro. Piscina principal toda a estadia fechada. Atendimento no bar só se for com grojeta. Enfim o momento mais feliz foi quando entramos no taxi para ir embora do hotel.

O quarto não estava pronto mesmo após o horário do check in. As pessoas que trabalham no local tratam os hóspedes com hostilidade. Fui maltratado pelos funcionários do início ao fim. Não conseguimos jantar em nenhum restaurante a la carte, pois as reservas são desorganizadas. A comida no restaurante principal é horrível.
O quarto não estava pronto mesmo após o horário do check in. As pessoas que trabalham no local tratam os hóspedes com hostilidade. Fui maltratado pelos funcionários do início ao fim. Instalações perfeitas e praia estupenda!
De todos os resorts que me hospedei em bayahibe, esse foi o melhor. A estrutura é fenomenal. Ficamos num bangalô frente mar. A cama e os travesseiros são excelentes. a praia é muito boa, e quase que privada. As instalações são muito bem desenvolvidas. Com certeza é a melhor opção se vc tem um pouco mais de recursos a gastar, mas não tanto para um resort de alto nível.
A alimentação é muito ruim. Só vale a menção honrosa para o hambúrguer com fritas, disponível em determinadas horas do dia.
